I'm interested in topics focused on planetary materials, particularly surface mineralogy, comparative planetology and ISRU.

1. Re-creating primitive chondritic matrix alteration
2. High fidelity Mars and asteroid regolith simulants
3. Martian crustal alteration during magma ocean cooling
The following are some MATLAB scripts I've written to process image cubes. Feel free to use them, with no attribution or permission needed.
contrastMap: calculates the spectral contrast (i.e., average "amplitude") in an image cube.
similarityMap: creates a map of how similar each pixel is to an input spectrum, e.g., from a spectral library.
bDepthMap: calculates band depths in an image cube.
interestingnessMap: creates a map of how unique each pixel is compared to the image average.
circleAvg: calculates the average spectrum from a circular region in an image cube.
